The X Factor Live Tour 2016

The X Factor 2016 live tour has been announced.

As usual, finalists from the ITV talent show will tour UK arenas together across February and March next year.

Typically, the eight highest finishing contestants from the The X Factor’s most recent series become part of the tour line-up, with the show’s winner performing the biggest set, including their debut single.

A couple of group performances can also be expected from the show’s finalists on the tour, which kicks off on 12th February in Aberdeen. In total, 18 dates have been announced, with the tour coming to an end in Manchester on 12th March.

The show has now finished the six chair challenge stage, with six contestants remaining in each category. This coming weekend, the singers head across the globe for the judges’ houses stage. The over 25s join Simon Cowell in Loire Valley, France, with guest judge Louis Tomlinson. Meanwhile, Jess Glynne will be helping Cheryl Fernandez-Versini whittle the groups down in Rome, while Mark Ronson joins Nick Grimshaw and the boys from his home in Oldham, Manchester. Finally, Rita Ora and her girls will spend the weekend in Los Angeles with guest judge Meghan Trainor.

Although the finalists haven’t yet been announced, favourites to win include Louisa Johnson, Seann Miley Moore and 4th Impact.
