Five Finger Death Punch have announced a tour in the US alongside fellow heavy metal band Volbeat.
This hasn’t been something that has just come out of the blue though, the band have been trying to get this tour to go ahead for a long time.
Zoltan Bathory from Five Finger Death Punch said: “We’ve tried to do this, actually for two years now. We’ve been playing festivals in many places together, but when we try to do a tour it’s always like they are in Europe, we’re in Europe, we could just never get it together. So finally this is actually happening, but we’ve been taking about it for years.”
Also appearing on the tour are Hellyeah and Nothing More.
Talking about the tour, Zoltan added: “Together it’s going to be a very powerful package, and it enables us to play in front of a bigger audience than we could probably do on our own. Even though our (audiences) share a common interest, they’re still different.”
The tour will begin on the 16th September in Salt Lake City, and will end in Las Vegas on October 24th with 25 dates in between.
