Skepta has announced a tour of Australia and New Zealand for this September.
The grime artist has put out four albums, with the most recent, “Konnichiwa” becoming his most successful, narrowly missing out on the top spot of the UK Albums Chart.
His new album hit shelves on 6th May, and features work with fellow grime stars JME and Wiley, as well as a track with Pharrell Williams. The new album has also spawned three new top 40 singles – “That’s Not Me”, “Shutdown” and “Man”.
In support of the album, he announced a UK tour at the start of the month, and has now confirmed a string of dates down under.
On 14th September, he’ll start off his tour of Australia and New Zealand with a gig at 170 Russell in Melbourne, continuing until 24th September at Enmore Theatre in Sydney. Along the way, he’ll also be performing in Brisbane, Perth, Dunedin, Christchurch and Auckland.
